Spruce Lake- Spectacular 4 Season Home on the lake @ MT Snow

This was my family’s third time at the house on Spruce Lake Estates and it remains one of our favorite spots to relax and reconnect with each other. This is a beautiful house with lots of space for a large family of friends group, and many local amenities (boating and hiking nearby, swimming/kayaking/pickleball on site). The house is also well stocked with kitchen items, and beach items stored in the garage. Emilio was very responsive during the couple of issues we had (this house is in a rustic area, so expect common “rustic” things like well water, some spiders in the basement, etc) and things were addressed immediately. We definitely hope to return!

The house was beautiful. The views were awesome. Our host was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the town of Wilmington. Very good experience overall! We would recommend it to all!

This was a great house with a beautiful lake! Plenty of room for everyone and stocked with all the necessities! If you enjoy fishing, this was the perfect place. My husband and kids spent a lot of time in the boat on the lake and caught a ton of fish. Great restaurants nearby too! Definitely recommend for a relaxing time!

This lakeside home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 young children. The foliage was stunning and we loved being able to use the row boat and kayak. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for adults and children alike.We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this lovely location.

This was a perfect family house. Room for all to sprawl out and the beach area with provided boats was perfect. We had the chance to have a fire down by the water a couple of nights. Definitely plan on coming back.
