The perfect place for a reunion
We had four families (total of 14 people) getting together for the first time in a long while and we rented the main house and the carriage house on this property. It was fantastic. The lake is beautiful. The water in late July was cool and refreshing, but not too cold. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was beautifully kept. The town of Wilmington, and a full-on grocery store (Shaw's) is just a ten minute drive away, but the actual neighborhood where the house is feels remote and pastoral. There are books and games for the kids and an amazing fire pit overlooking the lake. Would definitely go back.

great stay
This is the second time Emilio hosted my group, and he never disappoints us. Always great stay and such a beautiful house to spend time with good friends. We were so satisfied! Definitely going back to one of his properties. 🩶
